When I started Alliance Legal Staffing in 1994, I was coming from a large national competitor with many contracts, policies and procedures where the core focus was in driving numbers. I was determined to offer my clients and candidates something different – a “personal touch” with an emphasis on serving others and building meaningful relationships.
More than two decades later, I am proud to say that we have indeed established remarkable relationships and I am overcome with emotion when I think about the precious people I have had the opportunity to know because of my company. I cannot express enough how incredibly grateful I am to those who have supported me over the years, to all who have put their trust in me and to my parents who invested in me to start this business in 1994. I cannot believe all I have learned and how much I have grown, both personally and professionally, throughout this process.
As we enter our 26th year, I feel like I am just getting started, but this time full of wisdom gained through highs and lows. I have learned what it feels like to genuinely love what you do and to be fulfilled in your work. It is my passion to help others find theirs.
I have challenged myself to a new goal: I am aiming to place at least 2,000 people in unique opportunities that bless them and push them one step closer to achieving their personal goals and dreams. It is one of the deepest desires of my heart to leave this legacy, as I have truly invested my entire life into this company and the people I serve.
The theme throughout this website is that your needs are more than just a job order to me. This is a fact, and I do not tolerate anyone within my organization whose heart is not in sync with this message. Some of my best days have been the ones where I didn’t make a penny but touched someone’s life in another way instead; my greatest joy is derived from the times that God has used me to shape someone else’s path, even if it does not directly benefit me. I have a personal interest in your success, and I want you to experience the heart of this company. I am certain that this is exactly what I was created to do.
